Dry Island Buffalo Jump is the band of Staff and Alumni of the University of St Andrews specialising in Americana music.

Here’s a review of our charity Byre Theatre show (written by oldcrankyhobbler on Instagram):
“Lots of crazy, energetic, clever fellas who’d rearranged old songs, new songs, and eh? songs whipped up into a liquidiser and power sprayed the audience. It was excellent. Don’t think Twice, it was a bit of all right!”

Our next public gig is for the Skate, Scoot and Bike Festival 2026, playing from 3pm-3:45pm at Spider Park, St Andrews on Saturday the 14th March 2026! See you there? We are then playing from 9:30pm on Saturday the 11th of April 2026 at Aikman’s Bar St Andrews.
